Youth on the move is an intensive program (ip) in cooperation with the EU 2020 strategy. The Union has set five ambitious objectives on employment, innovation, education, social inclusion and climate/energy to be reached by 2020. The ip aims to inform university students about internship and work possibilities in whole Europe. It aims to improve job possibilities for young students searching for a job.
The Netherlands, Germany, Norway and Turkey are participating in this program. Everyone met up in Amsterdam in February 2013. Every single one with different and unclear expectations but with a big curiosity for the first ip program ever executed in cooperation with the European Union.
The aim was to create a magazine meant as an information channel to help young students in the job market. It wants to reach young university students from 20 to 30 who are looking for a job in Europe. It shall enlighten experiences and challenges about finding a job, and give readers actual news related to the topic work and mobility. It doesn’t matter if its just curiosity about work experiences abroad or a fixed decision to leave your home country to start a new life.
